When I was putting Madi to bed last night, she wanted a band-aid for her knee, but her Hello Kitty band-aids were lost underneath all of the kid debris in her room. Luckily, I found them and snuck them on top of her PJs, and she thought they just appeared…like magic!
This is how she remembered this event…
“Mommy, remember last night, when I was wandering around my room putting on my PJs? When I went back to my PJs, my Hello Kitty band-aids were THERE!! Wasn’t it amazing, Mommy? It was magic! ”
Pretty funny, because she really does “wander” around changing her clothes (it takes her at least 15 minutes with putting each piece of her clothing into the hamper separately) and I love it when she pulls out a random word like “amazing”. 🙂
